About THE FOUNDER

Born and raised in the Virginia Beach Area, I moved to Greensboro to attend The University of North Carolina. I graduated with a BS in Biology hoping to pursue something in the field. However, around January 2018, I decided to pursue a different career path. Although I had a great job working in a laboratory environment, I became eager to pursue my true passion in the beauty industry. Later, I enrolled in an Esthetician program and soon discovered how much I love teaching people about skincare and helping them to become better versions of themselves.

I started The Vanity Lounge NC as a place to provide quality skincare services for people of ALL different shapes, colors, and sizes. I noticed a lack of representation within the skincare community and became determined to fill that void. I am constantly motivated by encouraging people to embrace their own natural beauty and have them feel more comfortable in their own skin. I am very passionate about what I do and hope you choose me to be your skincare specialist!
